Gower's tour to Prague

Right Gents,

Its time to firm up the Gower's tour to Prague. As a reminder - here is the summary of what is happening:- 20 of us (or so). Prague. For 4 days. Thursday 24th May to Sunday 27th May.We will play two games on the Sat and Sun, against organised opposition inPrague. Before the matches, we will do a bit of sight-seeing, but mainlystick to the booze, clubs and women. Sounds terrible.

The cost is £270 allin (give or take £10). That includes everything from flights, accommodation,matches etc.... All you will need on top of that is spending money - which,in Prague, aint a fortune! If you cant take the time off work, you areable to still come out on the Friday night to the Sunday night - let me knowif you need this option.

So, the first step is to now collect the £100 deposit required to confirmyour position on the tour. The remainder is required in about 6 weeks time.

The first stage is to respond to this email with a "Yes" or "No" ofcommitting this £100 and booking your place.

The second stage is paying it into the clubs bank account (sort code 309640,account number 01853440) within the next 10 days before Friday 2nd February. Therefore to clarify, by replying Yes, you are committing to that £100 andbooking your place. By replying No, you are confirming you are definitelyout. By replying with anything else (or nothing at all), we are not going tobe able to reserve a place for you at the initial stage, so it would belikely you would have to make your own arrangements to get there. So please respond ASAP to me, in the next 48 hours and then depositaccordingly.

NB Numbers are being confirmed by end of this week - latest.
