Gowers mix eat the Lions - Sun 16th Aug

A very encouraging first performance by a mixture of Allstars and Phoenix saw Gowers beat London Maccabi Lions 6-1 at a wonderful ground and pitch.

Goals came from Tim Medley (2), Luke Peace, Adam Lucas, Jamie Davies, and Ricky Warren.
Noteable strong performances came from Ossack at the back, Luke Peace on his debut (before he fractured his knuckle and had to go hospital) and Medley on his first full 90 mins for 10 months.

Most impressive. Well done.

Game next Sunday again. Another performance like this please.
